The sponsor will adopt the Giant Panda Jing-Jing during the period of the contract. Among other services, the sponsor will receive permission to send photographers to areas not accessible to the public in order to take pictures of the pandas. Support from the Panda Base will be granted to take pictures in keeping with the rules to ensure the animals’ safety. Permission and organization of special photo shootings with Jing-Jing will be permitted.
Allowance is to use the panda pictures for worldwide advertising during the period of the contract (2008/2009). It is not allowed to use pictures which might portray a bad image of the Panda Base.
