Tianshui
After arrival in Tianshui - the second largest city in Gansu province with a population of approximately 3,250,000 - we will drive to the hotel. The rest of the day is at your own disposal. The Qin state, later to become the founding dynasty of the Chinese empire, grew out from this area. Qin tombs have been excavated from Fangmatan near Tianshui, including one 2200 year old map of Guixian county.
