Nangartse - Karo La - Simi La - Gyantse
Sustained serpentines lead us in the morning fairly steep to the 5’088m high Karo La. Huge glacier tongues reach close to the road and we have a beautiful view on the 7’138m high Nochin Kansang. Further along the Friendship Highway we bike through diversified but yet lonesome mountains and marvelously fruitful valleys to Gyantse. Distance ca. 80km
